Since 1988, Rick has been a partner in Vuoso, Pielago and Associates, L.L.P. He provides tax preparation, consulting, and accounting services to a wide range of clients. He specializes in working with individual clients and their closely-held entities, including those in the maritime, commercial fishing, and international real-estate development industries.

Rick also has extensive experience working with a variety of entities including S-corporations, C-corporations, L.L.C.s, partnerships, trusts, estates, and tax-exempt organizations.
