Lynn M. Hutcheson-Spranza, CPA and business advisor has been in the public practice since 1997.  Lynn attended Santa Monica College and University of Southern California while working her way through her degree.  After graduation, she worked for a high net worth individual and his closely held entities, tax internship at BDO Seidman, and started her own bookkeeping company.  An opportunity with a California regional public accounting firm presented itself, and Lynn’s public accounting experience entailed:  Auditor, Bookkeeper, Litigation Expert Assistant, Bankruptcy, and Licensing Group affiliated with the CPA Firm.  Lynn left public accounting for private industry and Lynn gained experience in the following industries:  music entertainment, real estate developer, and business management for high net worth individuals and start-up companies.

 Lynn provides accounting, bookkeeping and business consulting and services to a wide range of clients.  She works extensively with high net worth individuals and their closely held entities.  Her industry concentrations include start-ups, real estate developers, apparel, jewelry and music entertainment.  Lynn has experience with a variety of entities including S corporations, C corporations, LLCs, partnerships, estates, trust and non-profit organizations.
